Negotiating with Terrorists

Terrorists, as wolves walking upright, have precisely two rights: the right to become dead, and the right to remain dead. One does not negotiate or bargain with wolves or terrorists, one merely kills them. To negotiate with them is to validate their atrocities. Sadly, Obama really does seem to be that stupid.
